The Workplace (Health, Safety and Welfare) Regulations 1992

Regulations 5 and 18 state that doors at workplaces must be safe and subject to a system of maintenance, which is the responsibility of the system manager.

Health and Safety at Work Act 1974

Section 3 of the Act requires employers and those who are self-employed including landlords, workplace managers, owners, managing agents, facilities managers and maintenance contractors to ensure that their systems are safe.

Site surveys are carried out free of charge and a free quotation is provided following the visit.
