Dock Leveller Options & Solutions

The Hinge Lip Dock Leveller is expertly designed to simplify and safeguard the loading and unloading process. Once activated, the platform rises to its highest position before the hinged lip automatically swings out. The platform and lip then gently lower until they rest on the vehicle bed, remaining in float mode to adjust with the vehicle suspension during loading operations.

Whether you’re handling standard or high-load applications, these dock levellers provide strength, flexibility, and safety. They are custom-manufactured in various widths, lengths, and lip sizes to fit each loading bay setup and dock shelter. With multiple mounting styles and coating options, including a corrosion-resistant zinc spray finish, this leveller is designed to perform even in the harshest industrial environments.

Hinge lip dock levellers are available in three different types of frame arrangements.

  • Pit Mounted: Ideal for existing precast pits
  • Suspended Frame: Includes integrated kerb angles. Suitable for pits which require a tail lift recess.Cast-In Frame: Suitable for new pit installations, eliminating expensive shuttering
