The standard specification includes a durable 44mm leaf with an integrated astragal for added strength, twin-bearing Grade 13 stainless steel hinges with CE marking, and a high-quality powder-coated finish in your choice of over 150 RAL and BS colours. For additional performance, you can upgrade to an insulated core with a U-value as low as 1.5 W/m²K or enhance acoustic protection with ratings of up to 39dB.

Frames are manufactured from lightweight 1.5mm high-tensile steel. They feature our Adjust 2-Fit side expander system for seamless on-site fitting and are supplied with self-adhesive P-seals for improved sealing and acoustic insulation.

Designed for functionality without compromise, each personnel door set is available in single, double, or leaf-and-a-half configurations. You can also customise your door with vision panels, louvres, or a variety of solid and glazed side and over panels to meet your site’s specific needs.

Frames

• Manufactured from lightweight, high tensile 1.5 mm thick ‘Rustec’ steel.
• Adjust 2-Fit side expander system that offers up to 12mm expansion each side to the structural opening.
• Self-adhesive P-seal provided as standard.

Leaf

• 44mm door leaf thickness, fitted with an integrated astragal for added security. Comprising of 2 x 1.2mm ‘Rustec’ steel sheets, the leaf skins are mechanically interlocked and internally bonded, providing greater stability and protection against de-lamination.
• 44mm thick 'Hexatex' core or upgrade to an insulated core as low as 1.5 U-value.

Door Ironmongery

Grade 13 stainless steel, twin bearing template drilled butt hinges with integral high security dog bolts are fitted as standard with CE marking. Other hardware available.

Finish & Colour
