The curtain is built from 14mm x 1.2mm galvanised steel tubes and 2mm flat laths, set in a brickbond pattern for durability, airflow, and visibility. Side guides are formed from 90 x 32 x 3mm cold-rolled mild steel channels and secured with continuous box sections. The bottom rail is a 14mm x 70mm extruded box section. All components can be powder-coated in standard BS or RAL colours.
Electric operation is standard, using either an enclosed tube motor or an outboard motor depending on the opening size. Available in single-phase (240V) or 3-phase (415V) supply. Manual override is included for emergency use. Opening speed is suitable for high-traffic environments with controlled, smooth operation.
